It is simply flour or batter-coated fried paneer cubes tossed in a spicy, salty, tangy and sweet sauce made with green bell peppers, garlic, ginger, green chillies, soy sauce, and seasonings.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation Time:<\/strong> 7 M<br \/>\n<strong>Cooking Time:<\/strong> 18 M<br \/>\n<strong>Total Time:<\/strong> 25 M<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Ingredients :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 tbsp. refined flour<\/li>\n<li>3 tbsp. corn starch<\/li>\n<li>A pinch of Salt<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup water<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp. corn starch (for Coating paneer)<\/li>\n<li>250 gms Paneer, cut into cubes<\/li>\n<li><strong><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ajantasoya.com\/shop\/product\/nutri-zero-cholesterol-soyabean-oil\/\">Nutri Soyabean Oil<\/a> for deep frying<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>For Chilli Paneer Sauce:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"background: white;\"><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\">1 tbsp. <a href=\"https:\/\/ajantasoya.com\/shop\/product\/nutri-zero-cholesterol-soyabean-oil\/\"><strong>Nutri Zero Cholesterol Soyabean Oil<\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"background: white;\"><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\">1 tbsp. ginger, finely chopped<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"background: white;\"><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\">1 tbsp. garlic, finely chopped<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"background: white;\"><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\">2 dry red chilli, roughly chopped<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"background: white;\"><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\">1 tbsp. celery, chopped<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"background: white;\"><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\">1 medium onion, cut into quarters<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"background: white;\"><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\">1 small capsicum, cut into cubes<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"background: white;\"><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\">1 tbsp. soy sauce<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"background: white;\"><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\">2 fresh red &amp; green chilli, sliced<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"background: white;\"><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\">1 tbsp. green chilli sauce<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"background: white;\"><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\">1 tbsp. Sweet &amp; Sour sauce<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"background: white;\"><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\">1 tsp sugar<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"background: white;\"><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\">1 tbsp. corn flour slurry (corn flour + water mixed)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"background: white;\"><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\">Handful of spring onions, sliced (white with Green part)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method of Cooking<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">\n<ul>\n<li>For Coating paneer, add refined flour, corn flour, salt, and water to a bowl, mix well, and set aside till in use.<\/li>\n<li>Add the cornstarch to the paneer cubes and coat well. Pour over the prepared batter and mix well coating all the paneer cubes evenly.<\/li>\n<li>Deep fry the coated paneer cubes in <a href=\"https:\/\/ajantasoya.com\/shop\/product\/nutri-zero-cholesterol-soyabean-oil\/\"><strong>Nutri zero cholesterol soyabean oil<\/strong><\/a> till light golden and drain on absorbent paper. Set aside till in use.<\/li>\n<li>Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic, whole red chilli and celery. Mix well and saut\u00e9 for a few minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Add onions and capsicum, and saut\u00e9 till onions are fragrant.<\/li>\n<li>Add soy sauce and toss well to coat. Add fresh red and green chilies, saut\u00e9 for a few seconds.<\/li>\n<li>Add green chilli sauce, sweet &amp; sour sauce, mix and toss well.<\/li>\n<li>Add a little water, sugar and cook till it melts.<\/li>\n<li>Add some more water and the corn flour slurry, cook till the sauce thickens.<\/li>\n<li>Add the fried paneer cubes and spring onions, toss well.<\/li>\n<li>Garnish with spring onions and toasted sesame seeds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<strong>Serve hot.
