Get your daily dose of green with the Kashmiri dish of haak cooked with <a href=\"https:\/\/ajantasoya.com\/shop\/product\/kachi-ghani-mustard-oil\/\"><strong>Pure Kachi Ghani mustard oil<\/strong><\/a> and spices.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation Time:<\/strong> 10 M<br \/>\n<strong>Cooking Time:<\/strong> 30 M<br \/>\n<strong>Total Time:<\/strong> 40 M<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Ingredients :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 kg haak<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup of water<\/li>\n<li><strong>3-4 tbs <a href=\"https:\/\/ajantasoya.com\/shop\/product\/kachi-ghani-mustard-oil\/\">Pure mustard Oil<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>1 tsp chopped garlic<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tsp heeng<\/li>\n<li>5-6 whole red chillies<\/li>\n<li>2-3 brown cardamom<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp dry ginger powder<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp saunf<\/li>\n<li>Salt &#8211; to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method of Cooking<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">\n<ul>\n<li>In a deep vessel, heat the Puremustard oil to the smoking point.<\/li>\n<li>Add the garlic, heeng, red chillies and cardamom and stir.<\/li>\n<li>Add the ginger powder, saunf and salt, stir again.<\/li>\n<li>Now add the Haak mix well and cook till it reduces a little.<\/li>\n<li>Pour in the water, cover and cook for another 10-15 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<strong>Serve hot!
