I love &#8216;posto&#8217; or poppy seeds in any form. I made this dish yesterday for lunch, along with some steamed rice. The fresh flavour of mustard oil and poppy seed paste always makes me crazy. I made it in the microwave, but you can also make this in the oven. Try this in your kitchen and let me know how it turns out.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation Time:<\/strong> 05 M<br \/>\n<strong>Cooking Time:<\/strong> 10 M<br \/>\n<strong>Total Time:<\/strong> 25 M<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Ingredients :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6 Tablespoons of poppy seeds.<\/li>\n<li>3 Teaspoons of chopped onion.<\/li>\n<li>3 chopped green chillies.<\/li>\n<li>1 Teaspoon chopped tomato.<\/li>\n<li>3 Teaspoons of chopped coriander leaves.<\/li>\n<li>3 Tablespoons of <a href=\"https:\/\/ajantasoya.com\/shop\/product\/anchal-kachi-ghani-mustard-oil\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Anchal Kachi Ghani Mustard Oil<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Salt.<\/li>\n<li>Water.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method of Cooking<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">\n<ul>\n<li>Soak the poppy seeds in 7-8 tablespoons of water for 2-3 hours. You can also soak it in milk.<\/li>\n<li>Then grind them to a very smooth paste.<\/li>\n<li>Put the paste in an oven-proof bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Add onion, green chilies, tomato and coriander leaves into the paste. Mix it with a spoon.<\/li>\n<li>Then add some salt and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ajantasoya.com\/shop\/product\/anchal-kachi-ghani-mustard-oil\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Anchal Kachi Ghani Mustard Oil<\/a>.<\/strong> Again mix it.<\/li>\n<li>Put the bowl in the microwave with lid. Cover the bowl half with the lid.<\/li>\n<li>Now turn on the oven for 3 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Take it out and mix with a spoon.<\/li>\n<li>Again, put it in the oven for 2-3 minutes. After that posto will be ready.
