Good for your taste buds and your diet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation Time:<\/strong> 20 M<br \/>\n<strong>Cooking Time:<\/strong> 20 M<br \/>\n<strong>Total Time:<\/strong> 40M<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Ingredients :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Skimmed milk paneer<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp. <a href=\"https:\/\/ajantasoya.com\/shop\/product\/nutri-sunflower-oil\/\"><strong>sunflower oil<\/strong><\/a> (any neutral-tasting oil will work &#8211; try olive oil or vegetable)<\/li>\n<li>1 medium red onion<\/li>\n<li>4 garlic (lehsun) cloves<\/li>\n<li>Thumb-sized piece of ginger (adrak) or ghee<\/li>\n<li>1 red pepper<\/li>\n<li>400g canned tomatoes<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp. chilli sauce<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp. sweet chilli sauce<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp tomato ketchup<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce<\/li>\n<li>Salt to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Method of Cooking<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">\n<ul>\n<li>Cut the paneer into equal bite-sized chunks. Lightly grease an oven tray and grill on high heat for 10 minutes, turning after 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Whilst the paneer is in the grill, finely dice \u00bd the red pepper and \u00bd of the onion into chunks or strips, as you prefer. I usually do a mixture of both. Set aside.<\/li>\n<li>Pulse the remaining onion, the garlic and the ginger in the food processor. Set aside.<\/li>\n<li>Pulse the canned tomatoes and the remaining red pepper in the food processor.<\/li>\n<li>Heat up the <a href=\"https:\/\/ajantasoya.com\/shop\/product\/nutri-sunflower-oil\/\"><strong>Nutri Sunflower Oil<\/strong><\/a> in a pan on medium heat. Saut\u00e9 the onion, garlic and ginger mixture in the <a href=\"https:\/\/ajantasoya.com\/shop\/product\/nutri-sunflower-oil\/\"><strong>Nutri Sunflower Oil<\/strong><\/a> for 1 minute, stirring continuously.<\/li>\n<li>Add in the diced red pepper and red onion and stir for another minute, stirring continuously.<\/li>\n<li>Add in the pulsed canned tomatoes and red pepper. Slowly mix in the chilli sauce, sweet chilli sauce, ketchup, soy sauce and salt. Let the mixture cook for 3-4 minutes on a medium heat.
