Method of Cooking
Start the cooking procedure by heating three tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan for five minutes. Once you see that a little bit of smoke is coming out of the same, pour the okras in it and fry them for 10 minutes. Take out the ladies fingers after a while.
Now, add the available oil to the mixture and include the seeds one by one and sauté them on medium heat. After 2-3 minutes, you will need to put in the paste of ginger and onion. Steer the mixture for around 30 seconds.
Start slicing up the tomatoes and add them to the frying pan. Now, you will need to increase the heat a little bit while stirring every now and then. Once a subtle aroma starts emitting from the pan, be sure to lower the flame quickly.
After that, you will need to add the curd mixture to it and mix everything as thoroughly as possible. Now, add the fried ladies fingers to the pan and heat it up at in a medium temperature. Lastly, add a pinch of salt in it and cook the item for around three minutes before taking it out of the pan.
Serve it with either paratha or rotis.
